LinkedIn: Can we normalize putting the salary in the job description in 2023?

It seems like we're taking a step in the right direction this year; for example, a new California Salary Transparency Bill: SB 1162 states "An employer, upon reasonable request, shall provide the pay scale for a position to an applicant applying for employment"

❌ Please don't make the pay scale like this: $30k-$200k

✅ Make it like this: $100k-$110k (or even give a specific number!)
