How do you know when you’ve identified a company that doesn’t lead to that?

You go onto sites such as Qkly.io (Get started here: http://bit.ly/3UElF0L) to find jobs that are not only TRULY REMOTE and list their SALARY, but also include roles ranging from entry-level to senior positions. You then start to network, reach out to employees, and do research on these companies before applying.
